Has anyone used physical therapy for injury prevention?

I agree that physiotherapy is not only about recovery after an injury. It can also be useful for preventing problems, especially if someone has recurring pain, poor posture, limited mobility, or does regular workouts. What I find helpful is that physiotherapy often focuses on movement habits, strength, flexibility, and body mechanics. Instead of only dealing with pain after it appears, it can help people understand what may be causing the issue in the first place. For athletes or active people, that can be especially useful because small weaknesses or movement mistakes can turn into bigger problems over time.
