West Coast Sauna Summit 2025

West Coast Sauna Summit 2025

Where industry leaders move beyond competition to build a unified movement for North American sweat bathing.

About the Film: West Coast Sauna Summit (2025)

Set against the rugged beauty of Loon Lake, British Columbia, West Coast Sauna Summit (2025) is a documentary short that captures a historic turning point for the North American wellness industry. As the inaugural year for Canada’s premier sauna gathering, the film brings together the voices of organizers, builders, and advocates to discuss the shift from a growing trend to a professionalized cultural movement.

Rather than focusing on market competition, the film highlights a rare spirit of "cooperative advocacy."

Through interviews with pioneers like Glenn Auerbach, Alan Jalasjaa, and summit founders Valtteri Rantala and Linda Helistö, viewers are invited into a conversation about how companies are collaborating to define standards, share knowledge, and promote the deep-rooted health and community benefits of authentic sauna culture across the continent.

Current Status: Registration for the 2026 West Coast Sauna Summit reached capacity in record time and is currently SOLD OUT. This film offers an exclusive look inside the foundation of the summit and the leaders shaping the future of the movement.
