Saunatimes.com was founded in 2008 by Glen Auerbach.

Glen says, "Saunatimes was born and is driven on free relevant information. And in the wake of bait and switch marketers promoting infrared therapy rooms as sauna, well, this compels me all the more to be promoting the authentic."

Glen is also a Founding Board Member of the Sauna Research Institute and runs a podcast called, Sauna Talk.
