Having moved to Austin in 2024, and missing the PNW (Portland area) Hot Springs and Sauna, I've been making the best of it, continuing my curiosity.
Ottine Mineral Springs - Ottine / Gonzales, TX is an hour south of Austin - (Geothermal)

as of 2/2026 - One Barrell Sauna onsite (make sure you ask someone to makes sure it's on if it feels cool)

World Springs - Dallas, TX ( rumor is North Austin, Cedar Park area and also Houston Area coming soon)
(Man made and infused mineral waters - and so amazing - and many saunas around the property!
Highly recommend!
